The charging tip has a design flaw
The product works well but the tip is poorly designed. Mine only worked twice and then stopped loading altogether. When exploring, its tip has a poorly designed contact mechanism between the metal tip and internal wiring. This can be remedied by twisting the tip and soldering a short wire to make contact properly (picture attached). It's a shame it has this flaw as its form factor is great and it doesn't get very hot when charging.
