My 9 month old has almost fallen out of the high chair even though he was fully strapped in. We hadn’t had this issue before with other high chairs because there is no gap between his chest and the table. But this chair has a wide gap that is not adjustable between the back of the chair and the table. One way around this is to prop a pillow or folded towel behind him but haven’t tried it. I just stay very close to him while he is in chair but it’s dangerous because I will inevitably get distracted by my toddler.
