These speakers are amazing! I installed them after blowing out the factory speakers in our new pontoon the second time around. The Jensen radio put out too many watts for the two 50W speakers that came from the factory. The only problem with installation was that the hole had to be enlarged by 1/4". The screw holes align, but the magnet housing is quite bulky. But after installing 4 of these I can't blow at full volume and I don't even drive at 3/4 volume because they are loud!Half volume sounds amazing and the sound quality is very good.Waterproof we keep it closed unless on a lake but we got caught in torrential rain and hail with wind speeds of 60 miles an hour soaking every square inch of the pontoon and these things didn't miss a beat all the way through. Yes I had the music trying to get to shore. I'm very happy with them so far, I hope for a few years will get from them.
