I am very happy that they have helped me through my entire process from planning until implementation of all aspects related digital media advertising (both social platforms as well). They are always available when needed but not intrusive at any time during or after service provided by them! Their customer support is excellent too!! The only thing which could be improved more would definitely their prices- we were quoted $40K upfront plus ongoing monthly fees so it was difficult decision making considering budget constraints etc., however once finalized still felt like "overpaying" in comparison what other companies charge without such high commitment required initially. But again this may just depend upon client's needs/budget requirements - hence why quotes given should reflect true value received rather than some sort off fixed price quote!! Highly recommended if you want best results within minimum investment possible AND don't mind paying higher rates compared others who offer similar services!
