I hastily threw away the packaging or I would have sent it back. This thing is TOO LOUD for something you want to put in your ears to cut your hair. This means it actually cuts your hair, which apparently this thing can't do. The blades move with precision as I seem to have cut myself a few times just trying to find the right angle to trim my ear hair. My eyebrows and nose hair are equally useless when trying to get a haircut. I've had several trimmers before and have never come across one that doesn't cut hair at all. Avoid this product. I have no idea why he got such good grades.
