A Good Product and Customer Service to Back It Up
Bought this unit with the additional module for both from and back doors in order to have 2 separate rings and 2 ringers. After a couple days 1 unit lost the program and it went to the default ringtone. I reprogrammed the unit several times only to lose the ringtone to the default. I called SadoTech and they sent out a new unit and within a few days I had it in my hands. The new unit has worked as designed and I'm very happy with this product and the customer service on SadoTech. I would recommend this product.
