I love these porcelain bakeware! They are great for everyday use! There are three different sizes. The largest, 12.8 x 8.9 inches, is ideal for making lasagna. We used it to make baked tomatoes with mozzarella. I like the quality of the casserole dish and the color. I really like the fact that if we're not going to eat it all at once, I can just pop it in the fridge or freezer and then reheat it in the same bowl in the microwave. It's so versatile it makes clean up a lot easier since I don't use a lot of different dishes. I also love that these dishes are dishwasher safe for quick and easy cleanup. A medium sized 6.5 x 6.9 inch platter is great for frying. We love vegetable casserole and this dish makes it perfect. All dishes are gently cooked and can be easily scooped out of the plate without leaving any lumps. Non-stick glazing works great. I like that they fit well in my closets. They stack inside each other, giving me more space and organization. I love serving with these dishes, the color is so pretty and they are great when we have guests.
