I love the fact that you get different colors and I chose it on purpose because the buckle is the same color as my Active 2. Unfortunately, after about two weeks of using the black strap, I noticed some discoloration. It's not a scratch or chip, just cheap metal. Used it every day and didn't shower with it but used it in the pool for a couple of hours. It's possible the chemicals have something to do with it, but if you're buying a silicone strap for a water-resistant watch, expect it to last over 2 weeks and look decent. If they changed the clasp it would be a different story, the strap itself is not bad (for 2 weeks use). Feels good.
