I was wanting to use an under gravel system for my bow tank and after researching I would need to modify it to fit the footprint of the base on the ground. I didn't have a bandsaw so I had to tinker a little with a jigsaw. It really worked (was very slow), although not that easy to mark and track the lines to be cut. Doesn't need to be perfect (and it isn't, the gravel covers everything. Good quality and has everything I need. I use it with powerpumps (you need 2 as it's a 2 piece). So far the fish haven't gotten me complained
