Good case, prompt customer service

The shade of blue isn't quite what I thought it would be. I covered mine in stickers though so it doesn't really matter at this point. I haven't used the keyboard for long enough for the battery to run out so I can't speak to the longevity of that. I had an issue with my first product I received where it would double type anytime I tried to type a u. I asked the seller about it and they sent me a new one and got me all set. I really like that it wraps around my S Pen and keeps it secure.
