Review on 🎧 Agptek HA0071 Black Corded Monaural Headset Telephone - Noise Cancellation for PC Recording and Call Center Dialpad by Kelsey Davis

This phone was great when I first got it. I work from home and answer incoming calls. I used the phone for almost 2 months and worked about 30 hours a week. The headset stopped working in the middle of the shift today. The callers couldn't hear me and it seemed like they were in a water tank. I should have known I had a backup just in case, but unfortunately I didn't. Now I'll miss work until my new phone arrives. They say you get what you pay for and this phone is a great example of that! My advice to you, especially if you need this phone for work, look elsewhere. Update: I've found that the headset isn't my problem. It still works great! All of my problems were caused by the phone itself. I am pleased to report that the seller did an excellent job in resolving this issue with me. The seller contacted me and offered a full refund. I just wanted to keep it as a learning experience but the seller did everything they could to help me. Thanks very much!
