Great little phone in headsets

I like having a headset on my desk so I can talk and type at the same time. This little phone works really well and takes up a lot less space than a standard desk phone. The sound quality is very clear and the headset is quite light. One star off because the hand holding the headset is very poorly designed. Inserting and removing the headset requires some force. From the photo I understood that the idea is to fold the headset when you put it in the holder, but then you have to fold it again…

I love it! The sound quality is good

I have been using this headset to make calls from home for more than a month. I love it! The sound quality is good, the noise-cancellation seems to work well (sometimes there are a few kids in the background) and the keys feel solid. I had no problems. It's intuitive and easy to use. I thought I might regret not getting it with a screen so I could see numbers and such, but that really wasn't a problem for my work. Attention buyers - you get what you pay for! (Updated)

This phone was great when I first got it. I work from home and answer incoming calls. I used the phone for almost 2 months and worked about 30 hours a week. The headset stopped working in the middle of the shift today. The callers couldn't hear me and it seemed like they were in a water tank. I should have known I had a backup just in case, but unfortunately I didn't. Now I'll miss work until my new phone arrives. It's no good if you have other phones on the same line, this phone doesn't hang up when the call ends.

I urgently needed a phone with a headset that connects to a landline. It worked, plugged it in and it worked. Terrible ring bleep sound, yes it can be overcome. Sound quality through the headset was okay but less volume and clarity than expected, some callers were difficult to understand, others were clearer but still not very good.
