Not suitable for potty training a toddler.
There seems to be a significant difference in size between the cloth diaper and the outer layer. The child didn't like the way she felt and wanted to take her off very quickly. w Velcro, I don't think it's practical for self-use on the potty. We will try to use the waterproof outer layer again with toddler joggers. I bought 2 sets and will likely be returning or giving away 1 set that we won't be using.
