It is beneficial to be able to chew this tablet or simply swallow it with water.

Tastes good, but unfortunately this tablet only contains 3 grams of protein, which is not very much; but every little helps. Next time I will order a pill or pill with more protein, but in the meantime I will include more beans, green leafy foods like spinach, kale, kohlrabi, etc. in my diet.
