Perfect for half a sheet!
When I needed to replace my refrigerated shelves due to Celiac Disease, I realized I needed something made of stainless steel that would fit my half pans. They are well built and have more support legs than my previous refrigerated display cases. They are designed for use in the oven, so serve as a stand for roasting vegetables or roasting meat. Cleaning a chiller case would be a hassle, but I don't have to worry about the finish that comes from them. Registering racks comes with a lifetime warranty!
