I'm really practicing this refrigerated display case in preparation for the holidays. I love how the rack is made up of a grid and not just horizontal rows. It keeps everything on the shelf and nothing falls through! I love this size too. This beetle is enough for a whole load of cookies or a couple of large Christmas buns!

Ideal for cooling baked goods. I bake in glass bread regularly. I put two glass loaves of bread straight out of the oven on top. Then remove the loaves to cool completely. I can line the baking sheet when I add frosting to catch the drips. Continuous. Continuous. It will take a long time and I cook a lot.

The first thing I noticed was how thick the gauge on this stand is. They aren't joking when they say it's a commercial strain. This is way better than my old rack and I can say it will last me for years. Using non-stick cooking spray will make cleaning easier. So far I've used it as a cooling rack for cookies and empanadas. Next I will use it with meatloaf and bacon. Highly recommended.

It works exactly as it should, perfect small size so it doesn't take up too much storage space It's very cool because it fits right into a standard sized casserole dish. It's also oven safe, which is great. The only complaint I have is that it feels very brittle and feels like it will break easily and faster than if it was made out of a thicker/sturdier material. Either way, if you need a basic refrigerated display case, it will do the job for you while staying within your budget.
