Take care when using this to ensure the door closes smoothly when opened. I have ordered 2 of these. I expertly installed them on my new front door to my bathroom during a renovation. Well, they were fine until whoever opened the door fell. Then, as you understand, it was tucked into the wall so that the door would not open fully. I had to go back to a professional, cut and remove my wall. I decided against a fresh install. I would recommend just using this to close the door. So if you run into any problems in the future, you should be able to access them. However, Revain was great and offered me a refund for one I no longer use.
