Brackets are perfect, all screw holes match.

The gray cable has an end that is not the original size. When removing the old latch, only remove the cable from the trunk lock. Disconnect the gray wire from the new latch. Then open the cable lock with a thick, wide screwdriver and reinsert the original cable. Remember how you removed the gray wire. To take a picture.
