I bought one of these to install OctoPi/OctoPrint and I'm having problems with the X728. The device powered up the RPi perfectly, I was able to get an accurate reading of the battery level and do a performance test (also see if the RPi is running on batteries or 5V input. But I couldn't get any program information). shutdown and power off to work at all. In my case, after exchanging various things, I found that one of the third-party plugins for OctoPrint was interfering with the data exchange for the soft separation. Although they didn't find an exact solution, they stayed with me with suggestions while we diagnose and work.
