For $8 it was amazing and fits my 2 year old in both waist and length. It's a bit long but I was hoping it would be. I only gave 4 stars because after a few hours of wearing by my daughter the stars actually started falling off and having them everywhere won't make my husband happy 😬 But other than that it's great. I didn't notice the smell either, so bravo! OH! And it definitely shines through and requires something to wear underneath.
