The ability to have one place for our DNS records instead of having them scattered across different providers was great! Having this centralized location also meant that we had access to logs which were really useful when it came to troubleshooting issues with our domain names or other products hosted by us. I wish there was an easier way for customers to manage multiple domains from one account but overall I think it's been good so far! We've needed something like this for some time now - being able to centralize all of our DNS needs has made things much simpler!
