The support team was responsive, friendly, professional and thorough in our implementation of their product. They were also very active during the project itself - which we really appreciated! We had some issues with performance but they quickly rectified those to make sure it ran smoothly for us once implemented. I would recommend them highly as they are an excellent business partner through the entire process from idea conception through deployment and beyond. It's been very helpful having someone who can help you build your own system even if you don't have a lot of experience or resources when it comes to this kind of thing. There aren't any real downsides other than perhaps there could be more features available at lower pricing points. This has helped eliminate many manual tasks and allowed me to focus my time on marketing rather than managing IT infrastructure.
