I love how easy of use this program makes my job easier! It's also extremely cost effective compared to other software out there; plus you don't have any downtime with custom point because everything happens immediately when someone requests a print run or an edit for changes/corrections. You could potentially get away w/o running reports sometimes depending if your client has set up their account properly but at least they'll know something about sales trends which helps them in business decisions as well. None so far - just making sure we're doing things correctly before adding anything else like emailing report links directly from CPO instead of having clients open PDF files then forward back via mail etc. The ability to quickly and easily create custom reports and graphs.
