Sharp, comfortable, well balanced.

Wow, this knife is really sharp! I have never used a Japanese knife like this but I must say it is a pleasure. I just tried slicing a ripe tomato and it sliced with no problem. I love it and it's made of German steel and I hope it stays sharp for a long time. It is very well balanced with a full tang blade and the bolster helps me hold the knife comfortably. Very convenient.
