The old heater/motor/fan in the bathroom ceiling was making an annoying noise. It sounded like the camp was ready for rites. A friend told me he had seen a device that made noises like this to start a fire, so I decided to replace it. It was a replacement, although it didn't look like the old one. Swapping and replacing this new unit took about 10 minutes and the only tool needed was a screwdriver. It fits perfectly. The new device works great and looks a lot better than the original. And we no longer hear dissatisfied noises when we let it run.
