This swaddling is so uncomfortable and ineffective. I am extremely disappointed. The material is good but the design has flaws that I didn't even think could be a problem. Firstly, what's the point of zipping all the way to your feet, presumably so you can change a diaper without fully opening the diaper when you have to COMPLETELY BAKE the VADEL so you can open it. . Also, the stitch you use to swaddle your baby is too far forward, making swaddling uncomfortable and leaving lumps of cloth near baby's face. Eventually, due to poor design/stitching, the baby is able to stretch his arms freely - usually around 1:00 AM, so right after falling asleep. Pooh!
