Dangerous! - my new review

These started out working pretty good--I think the 11 pound adjustments are a bit large but it is what it is. Then after about three weeks the plates started dropping off and it took me awhile to figure out how to get them back in to be able to use the barbell again. I thought it was maybe a one off and continued to use them. Then another plate fell off--on my foot--fixed it and moved on. Now its been seven times the plates have fallen off--three times on my foot without to much damage. Now I'm to leary to use them anymore and they are just heavy paperweights on the floor--my recommendations is to buy something else--not these!
