Looks great right away. That's where it ends. Good price, but installation not possible. The screws that attach the rectangular base to the ceiling are too long. Only one nut per side is supplied. When you put everything together, the decorative nut falls down and the threads become visible. Of course. I could put in a stack of shims to fill the gap, but the instructions should say so. Another option was to buy shorter screws. or use more nuts as jam. or shorten existing screws. But the manual doesn't say anything about it. In this case it should be sent without mounting material. Spent a whole day installing it. After the 15th time I discarded the extra washes I was trying to use. I gave up. It shouldn't be that hard. Return and buy something else. You get what you pay for. The price was attractive. But installing it out of the box requires a lot of attention. I didn't feel like I had to buy any additional hardware to install it. Others say it was easy. or maybe they had slightly different circumstances or different mounting kits were supplied. It's a joke. If you buy this make sure you have a small arsenal of washers and nuts to try and get it working. Not worth the extra effort.
