The jury's not out yet. I've been using it for 2 weeks and haven't noticed any major changes. Very dry which is not very good in winter. I was hoping that when I put it on I would feel some swelling, but there isn't. I feel nothing. If I don't see results within the next 2-3 weeks I will return it. I'm 59 years old and I hate wrinkles around my mouth!
