First impression they fit just like the original Crocs! I feel secure in the middle and top of the foot and the design leaves enough room in the toe area for swelling. The heel counter is supported by a quarter inch insert and additional foam that I get from the shoe itself. I love the Crocs brand and their durability. I work 5 hours standing and go to the restaurant and I will check their grip. Update: My shifts are usually 5 to 6 hours and within the first hour I felt pain and fatigue in my legs. I tried the original insole once and felt that the arch support was too high and was pressing against my heel. Within 40 minutes I felt a sharp pain and a pain in my arches. I removed the insole and the flat feet didn't help the pain. The next day I replaced the Org insole with a Spencos insole and that helped a bit. It was at least a little more bearable and the comfort could have lasted 2-3 hours before my legs needed a rest. I recommend this? No, I am deducting 3 stars because they are not very comfortable when worn for a long time.
