The wheels are made of a very weak material. After three months of use that was neither very regular nor particularly careful, one of them broke off! The chair comes with a guarantee that is good for two years, but I don't understand why the wheels have come off; is this a scenario that is covered by the warranty? In point of fact, the cost of the problem is five hundred dollars, but it does not leave behind a nice aftertaste!
