A valuable purchase, some advantages!

Just received it today and immediately decided to conduct strategic tests. Chicken thighs were chosen as a test subject, as the product for me is the most hemorrhoids in terms of frying: you almost keep track and either it burns, or it doesn’t reach inside, or, if you cover it with a lid, it will boil. In general, putting aside the instructions (instructions for weaklings), I started testing. I lightly greased the frying surfaces with vegetable oil, chose the automatic mode (I don’t want to follow anything - I want to do it myself) and waited. The device warmed up and emitted a rather pleasant signal that it was ready to cook. The pre-washed and seasoned test subject was sent to the grill and began to sizzle with pleasure. Chicken fat (or whatever these thighs were pumped up with) was slowly dripping into a tray carefully placed under the grill (included) and the "Rare" light was blinking, which at first confused me, because chicken does not have "blood" roasting (and I do not I read it, because, as I said, it is for wimps) and suddenly the device made a "blink" and switched to the "Medium rare" mode. Yeah, I thought, it knows how to cook chicken. After some time, the subject went through all the stages of frying to "Well done" and was removed for inspection and tasting. The appearance was very direct - a golden crust and not a hint of burnt places. Inside, too, it turned out to be fried to the very bone and the meat was separated from it easily and naturally. In the end, I ate the test subject, forgetting to take a picture, so there will be no photo report. It was very tasty, thanks.
