In general I like it. The only problem I have is the flat bristles keep falling out. (And you can't put them back in.) I've only used it a couple of times in the last three weeks, brushing my hair thoroughly before use to avoid snags, and yet 4 bristles have already popped out. In a month or two there won't be anything left at that price. It could be a design flaw if it gets too hot and they don't stay in the elastic properly, I'm not sure. I just wish it was better as it is the best attachment that serves me. In addition, the right heat level and blow-drying is faster than conventional ones, which suits my busy schedule.
