This is a really great radio, no frills. But it has good FM reception. I live out of town and it can be difficult to get a radio signal. There's a Christian station that we like but can't get into without all sorts of interference, so I bought a brand name radio that claims to have good reception for about $100. And it was absolutely useless. I bought it mainly for a USB flash player / it also has Bluetooth. Never thought the radio reception would be good. So I thought I'd scan the stations and WOW! Stations I never thought I could reach here sounded so clear. Especially your Christian radio station. Very happy with it. The only thing I would like is a removable battery.
