This is the best value cat harness. I bought it for a harness, not a leash - in general, cat leashes weren't impressed. Remember that the light up feature of the harness is more aesthetic than functional and if you are concerned about nighttime visibility you can look elsewhere or add reflective tape to this harness. Anyway, the dishes are cute, but my kitty isn't. it disturbs. It seems to sit securely on it, although like any collar or harness you may need to experiment to adjust it. My cat looks cute and I'm happy with the product, especially for the price.
