Waistband does not stretch at all
NO stretch marks. I wear a size 2-4-6 in pants/jeans and they were too unforgiving at the waist. NO elastic, they attach with velcro. So I returned them for 9 and 9 fitted perfectly. If there was an elastic band at the waist, everything would be fine.
