The customer service is second to none.

They are always willing to help, answer questions or even just listen. I have been with member splash for about 5 years now and they've never let me down in anything!! This includes their team of managers that run each club (and it's different every time!). If you're looking at management software then this one has got to be your first choice - no doubt! Their support really does go above and beyond what you'd expect from any business! It's so easy to use as well which is great when there are new faces coming onboard all the time! We manage over 70 clubs across the country and we have some pretty strict rules around how our members can behave so ensuring everything runs smoothly without too much effort on my part!
