Listed, boxed and labeled wide but NOT wide.
Ironically, I ordered two pairs of StrideRite shoes, both of which were 4W. This pair came packaged in a box that said 4W and the tag on the sneakers also said 4W. However, considering the width of another pair purchased at the same time, they are NOT wide. If your short skirt is the same as mine, with very big buttocks, your little leg will be miserable.
