The film is defective despite the instructions
The film is damaged. I've never had any problems before. So far I've only used 10 exposures out of 60, but they're either completely black, very washed out, or off-center and underexposed. With another instax mini film, my photos come out great. I treated the film correctly as always and have no idea why that happened.
