We have been able to pull in data from our CRM, Salesforce into one platform so that we can easily create reports for all teams within my organization (Sales & Marketing).

The reporting is very simple once you understand how it works - which I did not at first! Some of their templates are outdated or don't work with more recent versions of SFDC but they do offer updates when necessary via support tickets / questions/etc. Make sure your using current template files if possible as older ones may be problematic during an upgrade process.- A great way visualize sales funnel- Data visualization across departments helps drive communication between team members.
