Of course it's not for a professional jeweler but it works for us. My children wanted to be able to make something and sell it. Before this quarantine, they had so many activities and I didn't have time to teach them. During this quarantine I was able to teach them how to make different crafts that were quite easy for them (8 and 10). years), but attractive enough for others to buy it. We made coasters out of spirit ink, practiced pottery, played with resin. They love making jewelry out of resin. I taught them how to make a pendant and now I want to teach them how to make earrings. These ear hooks are very expensive and available in huge quantities. I also like 4 different colors which gives us more flexibility in making jewelry. Since they're still learning, I'm not worried about them wasting or breaking hooks while practicing. These hooks are easy enough to use and have not discolored yet. It's supposed to be hypoallergenic, haven't had a chance to test it yet but so far so good. I'm glad I found this product.
