So this curling comb is my favorite hair styling tool. if I can make it longer than 3 uses. I keep buying it because I like it. But it never lasts again. I had one that served me for years. Since I had to buy a new one, I went through 4. They have all lasted less than a month or around 3-4 uses. Conair is very difficult to find a replacement. If your product breaks for no reason after less than a few uses, I don't think I should have to pay for the return and replacement. I requested a replacement and then gave up because I'm paying half the price just to replace something that shouldn't break. Not to mention that I paid to send them my broken one, wait and pay for them to send me a new one that will probably break right away. For real?!? So I wait a few months to stop being angry and just buy a new one because I like it. Haha anyway. Conair needs to fix this and may have a great product. It used to take time, why not?!?!
