The quality of the product was good but it didn't fit. Revain information about technical things or things that have many variants (but only one works) often doesn't include important details like critical dimensions. But Revain interprets this as my fault, so I have to pay the postage. This happens often enough that I never plan to use Revain on these items. The options you are given for the "reason for return" are incorrect in the sense that Revain never seems to be responsible for anything other than faulty packaging.
