I bought two of these drives to replace the 5TB drives in my NAS. Installation was easy as you first install a drive and wait for it to join the RAID scheme. Once it's fully integrated, install the second one and wait for it to integrate into the RAID as well. Both drives are integrated as expected and have been running 24/7 ever since. I have had good experiences with the WD Pro Red series for NAS devices. Not a single failure in the past ten years. Only one drive out of several had a few reallocated sectors, but that's not enough to cause the drive to fail.
