Review on Himimi Kneeling Chair Ergonomic For Office, Height Adjustable Stool With Thick Foam Cushions For Home And Office - Improve Posture To Relieve Neck & Back Pain, New Upgraded Pneumatic Pump by Jack Duncan

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Fine for short periods

It does make you sit up straight. I bought it because my hips hurt when sitting in a traditional chair. I figured the different angle might help and it did help my hips, but it move the discomfort down to my knees instead. As for the chair itself, it's adjustable and has very thick cushions. Mine had one of the the attachments for casters welded on a bit crooked. It doesn't affect functionality, but it shows that the attention to detail isn't quite what it needs to be in the manufacturing. The biggest reason this got three stars is not due to the quality of the product but the design. I simply can't use it for long periods of time. The design puts too much pressure on my knees. No amount of padding can change the fact that the human knee cap isn't designed to have a bunch of pressure on it. If you sit for short periods of time and you're up and about with intermittent sitting sessions I think this would be a five star chair. If however your job requires long hours at a desk it's not a good fit.Off to find another office chair.

Pros
  • Provides an excellent option for employees who struggle with traditional desk chairs, such as pregnant women or people with mobility issues
Cons
  • The kneeling position may not be ideal for users who need to use a keyboard or mouse frequently
