While the general design is good for relieving stress , this chair's lower cushion is situated too low to the floor for my feet to clear it. My toes are jammed against the floor ; however, it works fine for my smaller-footed 15 yr. old daughter. Also, the cushions seem like they're a bit too soft and perhaps won't last very long under my 220 lb. weight . Again, that probably won't be a problem for my 120 lb. daughter.

As someone with an office job, coming home to sit in a similar chair to do my own work wasn't good for my back. This chair fixed that problem as soon as I sat down. My posture is better (I'm on camera often) and I can work for longer periods of time! The only reason it's a 4-star review is because the instructions were unclear and it took my 3 tries to put it together.

This is a high quality chair. It took me about 45 minutes to put together, but I did it backwards so you know, lol! The directions are picture only with no words so it took me a minute to figure it. Good quality components assembled into a chair that is fundamentally flawed. The bolts are too long for the chair; they were designed so that even at maximum tightness, the chair is wobbly in several places. I'm a big fan of the kneeling chair position, but this poor engineering makes it exhausting to sit in for long periods.

Used daily for about a month. For the price expected more. Simple product but overall quality does not meet the price. The form knee and butt pads are already starting to show signs of fatigue and losing their shape. My knees tend to slide off the edges as there is minimal support. It’s ok but wouldn’t recommend it at this price.

I’ve used this chair for about 2 months now and I totally see a difference in my posture. I am 5’1 and able to comfortably use this chair for 8 hour plus a day.The joints on the chair aren’t super tight, so that’s one way the chair could improve. It also squeaks a little bit.

This chair is a great benefit to have alongside a traditional desk chair. By switching between them during the day it creates a much healthier mix, as the ergonomic aspect of the kneeling chair is great.

Excellent customer service. My package arrive and the shipper had broken the box open, so that one of the legs had lost its plastic end cap. They sent me a whole new leg immediately. I am new to this kind of chair and I like that it makes it hard to slump. The kneeing pad is made of a memory foam that is comfortable. The only minor improvement that I would make would be to relocate the seam on the kneeling pad slightly, so that it could never contact the knee.

This really is comfortable for long hours at my desk. I like that I can adjust the height. I'm short 5'2", and there are three different settings for the distance for various heights. I even sit criss cross and with my feet up on the bottom.

I’ve been wanting a chair like this for awhile and caved on my birthday. Worth every penny—has helped with my low back and hip pain. I still need to stand every hour, but only for 1-2mins rather than closer to 10mins. Easy to assemble also—took maybe 10 minutes.

This chair seems pretty sturdy and the parts that hold it together are a strong metal. Im 6'1 190 and it supports me just fine. The instructions and assembly knock this down. It was tricky to put together because the diagrams had little detail. Just an annoyance, but if putting stuff together is a challenge for you might consider getting something else instead. After just an hour or so sitting in this chair, my chins are so sore that I can barely move. So for most of my work day, it is just in the way in my office. It does make you sit up straight. I bought it because my hips hurt when sitting in a traditional chair. I figured the different angle might help and it did help my hips, but it move the discomfort down to my knees instead.As for the chair itself, it's adjustable and has very thick cushions.
