Type of review

It was really easy to put together, I had one of these many years ago and have recently been getting frustrated with my chair, happy to find this product, it has been great for my back. There is a way to move it up and down, the wheels are fine but could be a bit smoother but overall, great product.

Pros
  • I love this little seat!!!
Cons
  • The kneeling posture may not be suitable for individuals with pre-existing knee or joint issues

standard office chair options

I like how easy the chair is to put together and how sturdy the chair is, The only is disadvantage is that you can't move the bottom rest bench up and I am a short person so after awhile the front of my legs start to hurt, but besides that the chair helps a lot with my back pain.

Pros
  • This chair was easy to assemble and comfortable to use.
Cons
  • The chair may not be sturdy enough for heavier individuals

Not for everyone best in my review

The chair is exactly what it says it is for. We purchased it for my daughter and I was waiting to see if I would get one for myself. The concept is great and it is manufactured just fine. The problem is that our jobs do not give us the flexibility to get up and move around so we should have really thought it through better. You can’t sit in that position for hours and be comfortable all day (at least I can’t). I need to swivel more). I want better posture but more flexibility. This chair just…

Worth the Buy in my review

I bought this to help with my upper back issues and posture. It has really helped me sit up straight at my desk and has helped my upper back issues. It however takes getting used to.

Pros
  • THE PERFECT POSTURE CHAIR
Cons
  • The chair may not be suitable for users who need to move around frequently

I really like this chair, now that it is assembled. The assembly is fairly straightforward. The instructions are lacking some clarity, but fairly easy to figure out things through the process of elimination. The only frustrating part was the screw and round tube connections. The screws are either milled too large or the tube is bored too small. The screws are only inserted with lots of patience and a heavy hand. This part needs to be reengineered.

Pros
  • Suitable for use in a variety of professions, including writing, coding, design, and more
Cons
  • Some users may find the chair too difficult to balance on

Great chair! - my new review

I bought this chair after having severe back and hip pain while sitting during my 9-5.This chair has helped so much. I no longer have back pain. It has helped strengthen my core! Overall this chair makes my work day more tolerable! Definitely would purchase this again!

Pros
  • Home & Kitchen
Cons
  • Some users may not like the aesthetics of the chair

Love the chair, hate the wheels!

Something is wrong with the angle of the caster insert I believe. I have tried it on hard floor as well as low pile carpet. Neither changed the rolling. Changed the type of wheels and still won’t swivel any. I would like to be able to interact with things and people behind me without having to physically pick the chair up and turn it around. So frustrating!

Pros
  • Portable design makes it easy to take with you on the go
Cons
  • The kneeling position may not be ideal for users who need to move around frequently while sitting

Good general-use ergonomic chair

Easy to assemble, comes with all the parts and tools needed to assemble it and clear instructions.Cushions have a light leather-y texture to them, gives grip but is not abrasive. Padding feels semi-firm.As an "ergonomic" chair, it puts you in more of a kneeling position than a sitting position. You can adjust the larger pad up or down a bit, but it doesn't make a huge difference. The design forces you to sit up straight without an back to lie on, great for shorter periods of sitting down but…

Pros
  • Can be easily cleaned with simple wipes, making it ideal for use in shared workspaces
Cons
  • The chair may not be suitable for users who need to use a footrest frequently

OK for short timeframes.

Because I am working from home I need a comfortable desk chair. I am still trying to find a comfortable position for ALL DAY at the computer. The seat slants too much and the knee pad is not as comfortable as I had hoped. I am keeping the chair because hopefully I will be back at the office and won't have to sit so long on it. The chair is OK for short time frames but not for all day.

Pros
  • Suitable for use in a variety of settings, including home offices, traditional offices, and classrooms
Cons
  • The chair may not be suitable for users who need to work at a desk for extended periods of time

Very solid chair for the price

Got this as a secondary chair, which I rotate with my traditional desk chair for changes to posture, etc. Assembly was easy, and the chair is fairly comfortable; I do find my shins start to hurt after long sessions, but again, not bad for the price. My main gripe is that the casters tend to lock on their own, and the way the frame situates after adjusting for height, they don't swivel as they should all the time. As long as you're not sliding around in the course of your work, it's not really…

Pros
  • Affordable option for those seeking an ergonomic chair without breaking the bank
Cons
  • The chair may not be suitable for users who need to use the chair for tasks that require a lot of concentration

Disappointed with this chair after using a few months

The chair cushions are actually quite comfortable and soft yet supportive. The problem I have is that the seat portion that sits on the hydraulic pump rod squeaks if I move around at all. But what's worse is the seat has the ability to shift from left to right instead of being held firmly in place to keep you centered on the chair. This is because of the way the chair is assembled on the lower rod that connects between the two "legs" - so there is nothing holding the pump centered or in place…

Pros
  • Encourages correct spinal alignment, reducing the risk of future pain or injuries
Cons
  • The chair may not be suitable for individuals who need to use the chair for extended periods of time

Value priced but low manufacturing quality reflects this

This is a low cost option to the substantially more expensive "balans" chairs and it's a good choice if you want to test if this kind of chair is right for you. The downside is that low cost means lower quality with a couple of deep design defects which could have been solved for a few extra dollars. The adjustable gas shock is a nice add but frankly it's not needed.Wheels: The angle of the wheels changes with the height of the seat and this causes the front wheels to be angled so far that they

Pros
  • Helps to reduce stress on the spine and joints, improving overall comfort and reducing pain
Cons
  • Some users may find the chair too expensive compared to traditional office chairs

Great chair - you may get a bit hot

To be honest, this is a great chair. Really strong and very well made. The only issue we had was the faux leather; it makes you sweat - on your butt and behind your knees. We did return it and it was a painless process.

Pros
  • Adjustable tilt angles allow for personalized comfort and support
Cons
  • The chair may not be suitable for users who need to use the chair for tasks that require a lot of lower body movement

Helped back pain, but some small annoyances

This chair has helped my back pain from sitting in a regular chair all day. It’s not too uncomfortable either. The one thing that drives me nuts is the wheel locks. They are far too easy to accidentally lock with your feet and then you are stuck and can’t move the chair. Minor gripe for a pain free back though.

Pros
  • Can be used in conjunction with lumbar support pillows, further improving comfort and support
Cons
  • The chair may not be suitable for users who need to use the chair for tasks that require a lot of precision

Ergonomic,compact, high quality, comfortable

This kneeling chair was very simple to assemble in about 5 to 7 minutes. Included was photo instructions and the Allen-wrench tool needed to assemble the chair. This is a great ergonomic chair for those who are sedentary for most or all of the day like myself. This chair ensures your posture is correct at all times and helped to alleviate sciatic pain by keeping the spine straight throughout the day. Keep in mind, when using, that you will now be using new muscles to sit in this chair and you…

  • Encourages better sitting habits when used consistently
