I like these skewers, we used them for making regular kebabs and kofta kebabs, as well as veggies, since they need thicker skewers to be held in place better. They're easy to clean. I got these as a gift for my daughter because she had her first BBQ this summer and have kabobs on wood skewers, that she DIDN'T soak overnight and they burned.
