This has really hoped with my lower back issues. I did have to play around a bit to find the right positioning of my knees/shins to get the most comfort but once I did it was quite comfy.I worried when I first set it up that I'd tip it over (I'm clumsy and overweight) but despite my leaning and getting up and down I haven't toppled it yet!I have this at home and a regular office chair at work and it's been really nice to have that change of seat between the two.My posture has been improved a bit as well.
