IT WORKS!: power cord

So I have a Roland keyboard from the mid 80's; this is the Alpha Juno 2. This keyboard uses a strange cable as it didn't take long for the world to adjust to the standard IEC cables used in everything from computers to heaters. It has two pins and no polarity and nobody or his brother has it available. This pup fits in perfectly and happily sends electrons in and out and doesn't release the magical smoke that makes the electronics work. Couldn't be happier. (It's a power cord so it might be a bit of an exaggeration) So I'm checking out everyone's favorite online auction. They wanted $15 a piece plus shipping to the neighborhood to get one of those "vintage" cords. revenge Half of it, and that was the main thing. Fast shipping, perfect line.

Pros
  • oxygen-free copper (OFC) conductors for lower resistance and increased current
Cons
  • boring packaging
